Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Trive, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Trive. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

Trive has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or nudity-based content.
• Hate speech, slurs, or content that targets a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
• Threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, or doxxing.
• Graphic violence, self-harm content, or content that promotes dangerous activities.
• Illegal content, including content that exploits minors in any way.
• Spam, scams, or deceptive content.

Every user can flag objectionable content with the Report button on any memory and can block abusive users from a user's profile. Blocked users' content is hidden from you immediately. We review reports and remove offending content or users within 24 hours. We may suspend or permanently ban users who violate this policy without notice.

4. Account and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Content you create

You retain ownership of the content you post to Trive (groups, lists, memories, photos). By posting it, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit it solely to operate the service.

Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on others' rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Trive for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect data in an automated way without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

8. Disclaimers

Trive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trive and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
